These are ballpark prices for a standard site. Most Sacramento-area homes land between $16 and $20 per square foot. Your price can be higher if your yard has slopes, tree roots or stumps, concrete or debris to haul away, irrigation to remove, narrow access or a complex shape. Flat, open yards and larger areas tend to cost less per square foot.

$300 to $900 per visit, based on your turf area and how many dogs use it. Save 10% to 15% on a recurring schedule, no contract.
Total Turf installs artificial turf for $16 to $30 per square foot, fully installed. Essential is $16, Premium / Pet is $18 and Elite is $20 to $30. Most Sacramento-area homes land between $16 and $20 per square foot.
Multiply your turf area in square feet by your tier’s price per square foot. Example: 1,000 sq ft of Premium / Pet is about $18,000. Site conditions can raise it, and your exact price is written down at a free estimate.
