What We Did

Full excavation of existing dirt and gravel. Graded and compacted sub-base with class II road base. Installed weed barrier fabric, premium artificial turf and putting green turf with silica sand infill. Clean perimeter tucking along existing hardscape and driveway. Salt and pepper decorative rock throughout the perimeter. Final broom and blow for a move-in-ready finish.
