What moved these totals up or down

• Slopes. A sloped yard needs more grading and more labor per square foot.
• What comes out first. Old lawn, dirt, pea gravel, roots and stumps all have to be removed and hauled away.
• Size. Bigger areas cost more in total, but the setup cost is spread over more square feet.
• Special builds. Putting green breaks, bocce courts and playground shock pads add materials and time.
